The past year has been a huge time of transition for me, in business, in art; spiritually, and personally. I’ve stopped creating music to “please” a particular demographic.  Now I simply allow what needs to be said BE said. no apologies.

 Over the past year, dealing with money hungry corporate business people, slimy hacks claiming  to my have my best interests in mind, and various other philistines I often felt as though I was “screaming underground”. I was muzzled, muted, lied to, misdirected, and brushed off as being “psychotic”, “too alternative” or “artsy”.  I’ve cleaned house, literally and sonically. Told those dirt bags to Fuck off!

 The way in which I approach the composition process, executing vocals, and the sounds I select for arrangements has completed changed. Additionally my live performance aesthetic has evolved, serving as a performance art magnification of the musical/lyrical content of my pieces. Many of these songs came out spontaneously and were completed in minutes.  Expressing frustrations, anger, and disappoint in the Gay community’s majority of watered-down commercial  music  being spoon fed to the masses “I may be hungry but I refuse to eat shit”. 

Many of the mainstream gay artists are haphazardly imposing themselves into traditional "diva" icons, flexing their muscles, and claiming originality. It makes me sick how much GARBAGE LOGO spends millions of dollars of air time showcasing.  In retaliation to the corporate money machines I have made this release of my new EP a free download. Music should be shared and enjoyed by everyone regardless of if you have a credit card. If WE, the artists, are not receiving a large portion of the profit for the work we've spent money and time creating..then no one should. Certainly not bureautic businessmen.
